YOUTH MINISTRY LEADER

(Full Time Position)

Are you called to lead teens in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ? Do you want to join a team who is passionate about creating a church that people love to attend, and reach out to the needs of its community?  Do you have a desire to take an already healthy youth ministry to the next level?  Then we encourage you to apply for our Youth Ministry position. 

The candidate should be a passionate follower of Jesus Christ and have an obvious calling to minister to students.  We are looking for someone who has integrity, energy, creativity, and a strong desire to see students and their families grow in their relationship with Jesus.  We want our Youth Pastor to share in our mission to Love God, Love People, and Serve Compassionately. 

Our new Youth Minister will:

  • Oversee all aspects of ministry to Jr. High, High School, and Young Adults.

  • Recruit, train, and empower the Youth Leadership Team of volunteers.

  • Supervise and mentor youth ministry interns.

  • Be the primary teacher of the Word to our students.

  • Report directly to the Senior Pastor

Qualifications:

  • Has a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

  • Has an exceptional ability to relate to teens and their families.

  • Possess excellent skills in leadership, organization, team building, and teaching. 

  • Has a desire to create engaging content that communicates Biblical truths that young people need to hear and learn.

  • A Leader who has a vision for the church and families working together to build faith in the next generation.

  • Creative! A person loves to innovate ways to better connect with teens and helps connect them with God and others.

  • A desire to help teens discover the value of service

  • A recruiter who can attract, disciple, and retain a team of volunteer leaders around you who share your creativity and passion.

  • A team player, working with the rest of the staff team to accomplish shared goals and vision.

  • Has a degree from a Christian College or University (preferred)

  • Has experience working with teens in a church setting.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY LEADER

(Full Time Position)

Help shape the faith of the next generation.

Landmark Church is looking for a passionate, relational, and creative Children’s Ministry Leader to help lead our ministry to children from birth through 5th grade.

Our desire is to create safe, engaging, Christ-centered environments where kids can know Jesus, grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and genuinely love being part of church.

About the Role

The Children’s Ministry Leader will provide leadership and vision for Landmark Kids, serving children from nursery through 5th grade and partnering with parents and families as they disciple their children.

This role is ideal for someone who loves Jesus, loves kids, enjoys building strong teams, and can bring both creativity and organization to a growing ministry.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop the overall vision and direction of Landmark Kids, serving children birth through 5th grade

  • Recruit, train, encourage, and develop volunteers

  • Create engaging and age-appropriate Sunday experiences where kids can learn about Jesus and grow in their faith

  • Partner with parents and families by providing encouragement, resources, and opportunities for connection

  • Oversee curriculum, classroom environments, scheduling, communication, and ministry systems

  • Help plan special events, camps, outreach opportunities, and family-focused experiences

  • Maintain strong safety, check-in, and child-protection practices

  • Collaborate with Landmark’s pastors and ministry staff to support the overall mission and vision of the church
